GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Using the rooms:

The front desk is open from 4.30 pm. The rooms are available to the client from 4.30 pm on check-in day. In case of late arrival, you have to contact us so that we can give you the door code and your room number. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on check-out day. Any delay will be charged at €15 per hour. Beyond 3 hours, an additional night will be charged without any guarantee of being able to occupy the room (depending on availability).

Booking conditions:

All bookings can only be confirmed with a name, a telephone number, a valid credit card number or a deposit cheque. The final reservation confirmation will only be made after these requirements have been met. Cancellation of a reservation must be made no later than 10 days before the arrival date. Any guaranteed reservation not canceled within this period will result in billing for the night, as well as 50% of the following nights reserved.

Pets:

Pets are allowed in the hotel for a supplement of €7.50 per night and pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge you for any damage to the room or the premises and for repairs and/or cleaning.

Rates:

The tourist tax is not included in the reservation price and is set by the commune. All rates are per room for the number of persons listed. If the number of people does not correspond to the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to re-assess the room's price or to ask the client to leave the hotel without compensation or refund if the room has already been paid for. The price of breakfast is €11 per person. Any breakfast ordered and not taken will be charged.

Swimming pool:

The swimming pool is open from 10 am to 8 pm. Children are under the full responsibility of their parents. Moving maintenance equipment or shared items (sunbeds, parasols, chairs, etc.) is forbidden. In the event of damage or degradation, the hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of the equipment.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE HOTEL

In the event of noise pollution that disturbs other guests, the hotel reserves the right to end the client's stay. In the event of deterioration or deliberate damage to the room or the premises, the hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs and/or cleaning. Pets are strictly forbidden in the vicinity and in the swimming pool. Please pick up after your pet for the well-being of all guests. Bags are available at the reception desk. We remind you that as a public place, the hotel and the restaurant are entirely non-smoking. Smoking in a public place outside the designated area is punishable by a fine of up to €450. In case of loss of the room key or failure to return the key on departure, we will charge compensation. If the guest's use of the room or behaviour is contrary to the hotel's internal regulations, we reserve the right to ask the guest to leave the hotel without compensation and refund if the room has already been paid for. The person responsible for the reservation assumes full responsibility for the group.

Other information:

The room must be vacated by 10:30 am (see general conditions of sale for any delay). Breakfast is served from 8 am to 9.30 am, in the dining room or on the terrace. Dinner is served from 7 pm to 8 pm, in the dining room or on the terrace. Bar service is available during business hours.
